These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rizzo Electric USA website and the services we offer through it. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

About Rizzo Electric

Rizzo Electric is a licensed, bonded, and insured electrical contractor serving Southern California and Arizona. We are Tesla certified, ChargePoint certified, and a Qmerit installer.

Use of the website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes related to learning about, requesting, or purchasing our services. You may not:

  • Use the site in a way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure

Quotes and estimates

Quotes provided through our online forms or any other channel are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in a signed agreement before any work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Any work we perform for you is governed by a separate written service agreement that takes precedence over these Terms with respect to that work. Our service agreements set out scope, pricing, payment terms, warranties, change-order procedures, and dispute-resolution.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, photos, design, and code — is owned by Rizzo Electric or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of this content without prior written permission.
